► First-Time Login Instructions (Click to Expand)
- Select the "Forgot Your Password?" button below.
- Enter your email address (please note that only unique email addresses are allowed as login emails - not shared or team email addresses).
- You will receive an email from webhelp@ohiorealtors.org with a link to reset (set) your new password. Click the reset password link to set and confirm your password.
- Once your password has been set, click the SIGN IN button at the bottom of the password reset screen to return to the Sign-In screen, enter your email and newly created password, and click the SIGN IN button.
After you sign in the first time, you will be presented with your “My Profile” information so you can make any updates or changes. You will need to click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page, even if you don’t have any changes to make, before you can go anywhere else.
